Part of my work involves dropping cargo off here soon after they open. The waybills are already set up by other people in the company, and there appears to be minimal work for the cargo attendants to do once I’m inside. I check into the virtual queue right at 5:00 AM when they open and I am almost always the only person in the virtual queue. It often takes them upwards of 45 minutes just to call me into the office. The barn dance to virtually check in at one part of the building, then to go sit in your car until you are texted to go to another part of the building is tedious and unnecessary. Add to that is the requirement to have a dock-height vehicle for anything that can't be hand carried down a complex set of steps is ridiculous for a major cargo handler.

They damaged my goods, causing over $7k in losses. They then forced me to pick them up while charging $300 per day and wouldn’t allow an insurance adjuster on-site to assess the damage. Terrible company, avoid.
