This place is the worst something different for the same cargo everytime. Our driver checked in at 5:38 started unloading at 8:45 than was told he had to dismantle all the pallets and put them on their pallets. The took his drivers license and they made him come inside the secure daily across the do not cross line to move 75 boxes than could have just stayed on the original pallets un til weighing. Than they tried to say there were 71 not 75 boxes and argued even though were had the manifest with weights and measurements. af... read more

Part of my work involves dropping cargo off here soon after they open. The waybills are already set up by other people in the company, and there appears to be minimal work for the cargo attendants to do once I’m inside. I check into the virtual queue right at 5:00 AM when they open and I am almost always the only person in the virtual queue. It often takes them upwards of 45 minutes just to call me into the office.
