Avoid! Terrible support and unprofessional. We spent over $5000 for a dual Fujitsu heat pump system with Airfordable. They were supposed to come out to look at our system over a week ago, then missed the appointment and gave us the run-around. Never returned calls, and barely returned texts at all. We have all the texts to prove it. It is unforgivable for an HVAC company to refuse support on their own installs!
