Almost 2 years of madness. In a worst state than before their treatment. Dr. Chun ignored attempts to communicate and explained “we don’t correct dental procedures here.” After leaving pits between my teeth. It seems like I was accepted for them to get experience and my referral diagnosis and treatment plan were disregarded because the practical application was the true mission. Had braces from here from 18’ to 22’. Recently had my backpack stolen with my retainers in it and they replaced them with no issue or hassle. Great staff since 2018 and very helpful. very satisfied.
