Extremely disappointing experience. I booked their services on August 7, and unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with HVAC issues ever since. right after the cleaning the thermostat completely stopped working and wouldn’t go above 19°C No matter what temperature I set it at. After I called them, someone came out and made an adjustment, but then the opposite problem occurred—the house became extremely hot and uncomfortable, to the point where it felt suffocating. They arrived right on time and took the time to clearly explain everything they were going to do before getting started. They were professional, quick, efficient, and did an awesome job.
