Oh jonathan… why won’t you answer the phone!? Why did I have to get my medical team involved several times because you wouldn’t change my prescription? Why did it take 2 WEEKS and several calls and voicemails? I told my medical center that they should remove your business from their DME list if this is how you’re going to “manage cases”. I have a disability - neuro-degenerative ataxia - harder for me to move around independently - but I try. I previously purchased resmed cpap from air for life and had a good experience. I just picked up my C-PAP today from Air For Life. I am so happy that I’ve asked my doctor to send orders to them. Nicolle was very responsive to return my call and quickly set up an appointment a few hours later.
