I just picked up my C-PAP today from Air For Life. I am so happy that I’ve asked my doctor to send orders to them. Nicolle was very responsive to return my call and quickly set up an appointment a few hours later. While supportive and responsive for my first every CPAP machine purchase this summer, since then I've requested a special order mask and the service has unfortunately been disappointing. I was first told the mask would arrive in 3-4 days, two weeks later was told I'd be notified when it arrived, and I've followed up several times over weeks since and there has been no response at all.
