Purchased my inogen portable air concentrator from them and they were very nice, however their Customer service is, we'll there is none. I have called about two issues, and got no help either time. I finely had to go to the Inogen Co. For help.

Oh jonathan… why won’t you answer the phone!? Why did I have to get my medical team involved several times because you wouldn’t change my prescription? Why did it take 2 WEEKS and several calls and voicemails? I told my medical center that they should remove your business from their DME list if this is how you’re going to “manage cases”. Save your time and DO NOT get started with this DME company. They’ll happily set you up with a new machine but when it’s time to order masks, change prescriptions, and the like, GOOD LUCK. I have a disability - neuro-degenerative ataxia - harder for me to move around independently - but I try. I previously purchased resmed cpap from air for life and had a good experience. I called on a monday asking for purchasing accessories again. There was no response for several hours. I figured I will go to the Fremont office around 4 in the evening. Nobody was there. Excellent and honest CPAP service. Jonathan and his staff go out of their way to provide personal service to their customers. Lucky to have a local Bay Area business of this caliber.
