Within two years, Airflow had built a positive reputation and client base, being referred by past customers regularly, and today are happy to announce we have installed over 2,000 HVAC systems for SD homeowners! We cannot thank you all enough for your continued trust in us. Our services have now expanded into providing solar services including solar system installs.

Was once an incredible company. Had a great initial experience yet it has all soured. This company and its owner Ray started out very positively. But broken agreements, postponed appointments, ghosting, and a complete lack of integrity drove us to submit a claim to the BBB, which informed us of this company's F rating (well deserved), and drove us to submit a formal complaint to the CA Attorney General. Ray came to check on my AC, Solar System and my pool!! Very thorough and answered all my questions with great detail and very easy to understand! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Ray is very easy to work with, very trustworthy! He can do it all!
The worst experience imaginable. Paid upfront (they charged me over $1000) to a fix commercial dryer. 3 months later, delay after delay after delay, and still don't have my machine fixed. Horrible communication, the owner doesn't pick up his phone or return any of my phone calls. Save yourself the nightmare headache of dealing with this company and find somebody that respects your time enough to give you a call back and give you an update on the progress of your project. Also, NEVER pay somebody up front for a job.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They have been an absolute nightmare to work with. I signed up to get a ductless heating and air system last Thanksgiving. Delays, delays, delays, and it finally got done in March. When I tried to turn it on when it got hot for the first time, I found that it was faulty.
