Absolutely a scam! Just wasted $450. Sale was a lie, guy came in and hooked up the negative air machine to one vent for about ten minutes then went into a lengthy sales pitch about sanitizing the ducts, never cleaned anything and left the vents still dirty literally did nothing but collect $450 and leave. We had two HVAC systems and that was discussed prior to the visit. Highly recommend stating away from this company. Clearly a money grab as i suspected….
Homeowner beware. This guy came out from air Flo Today insisted on going into my attic. I hear a cutting noise so I climb up the ladder and see that he’s using a knife to cut a square hole in my handler without asking my permission first. I ask him what he’s doing. He proceeds to stick his phone in the hole to take pictures. Not sure why they can’t use a non invasivetechnique like trained professionals do with a camera that can go through the vents. I initially called because the dryer vent needed cleaned/unclogged, but I saw an ad for AC duct and dryer vent cleaning for $99. The tech showed up, hook a machine up to one AC vent and looked at the dryer vent. Told me it was clogged and it would be an additional charge to unclog it. Then went into his high pressure sells pitch about sanitizing the duct works and mildew. Told him we weren't interested. So he collected the $99, packed up and left.
