I was a little apprehensive after I got a coupon for $79 because I know that is usually just a way for businesses to try and get more money out of you. The technician came and offered all of these additional services. I ended up getting a sanitation because of the cigarette smell that was in my home. It helped. I was Very satisfied with the results.
The company came out and suggested thousands of dollars of repairs needed. They also said we had mold throughout the unit. We received a second opinion and this was completely false. The “mold” was just dirt and dust and able to be wiped down.
