Total SCAM! Camera inspection was guy holding his cell phone flashlight to air vents. Never looked at my a/c unit, Never checked air flow (a/c was off when he was here) First 5 minutes looked at the air handler and wanted to sell me $400 microbial clean for "black" mold and 2 UV lights for $1200. Got a second option and the company said it was scare tactics. My favorite was when I asked to look in the "negative air machine" at the end. He said "there's nothing to see. It's dust." I told him I can see dust in my vacuum cleane... read more
