Replaced my furnace/ac and from initial call to installation and assistance registering my warranty, I had such a positive experience. Tech was Mike and he worked 2 very long days up and down stairs in 90° + temps. From the care they took and the professionalism they displayed to the reasonable cost and availability, I cannot express how pleased I am. Well done!
Service was excellent, technicians professional. Was very comfortable having them in my house for the day. Had a whole AC install and 10/10 will recommend to my friends and family
AFM was assigned by my home warranty company, american home shield, to service my gas furnace when it stopped heating. AFM was assigned first thing monday morning and they were able to schedule a tech to come out the same day. Anthony the tech called about an hour before heading over. Once he came out, he assessed the situation and was able to change out the igniter part that had failed. He was prompt in his work and overall this was handled quickly. Thank you AFM.
I have used AFM several years ago to replace my 20 year old air conditioning system. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. My system has been working fine for the past several years even on the hottest days.
