I cannot give 5 stars because the metal and components from our old HVAC unit were left on the property and not hauled off. Other than that, the service was excellent and the request was fulfilled in 24 hours. I would use Air Fanatics again and I would recommend.
We had a ceiling leak that constantly got worse. The landlord contacted Air Fanatics because this leak seemed to affect the AC unit. Air Fanatics actually came out at 11:30 PM and fixed the problem. They made sure there was no short and the AC unit was safe to use. I had never heard of a contractor actually taking care of an emergency at such a late hour and after business hours. Thank you thank you thank you! Thank you for your efficiency, your courtesy, and your professionalism!
