I purchased a system from them and was promised a 12 year warranty. Well, warranty only covers parts. I pay for labor and all materials. For something covered under warranty, i have to pay almost 1000.00 out of my own pocket. Then, to top it off, they can't get the part for 90 days, and that's no guarantee. Service has been poor. Had problems with leaks from day one. Repair guy comes by, fills the refrigerant but does not look for or fix the leak. So he is back in a few months. Same thing. Beware. #qanon stickers all over their vans. These people are crazy.
Poor service, no one answers call for service, I will never do business with this company again....... I purchased several split units and have had problems with it. They would never answer for assistance with my units.
