Air Express was very professional. They provided updates on when they would arrive, and were on time. The technician - Gene Conklin was courteous and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them.
Arrived on time. Identified the problem but unfortunately he couldn’t complete the service because the electronic board had to be order. The service technician was knowledgeable and personable. I will use them again!
Notifications on projected arrival were great and helped me plan my day. Technician was smart, efficient, polite, and put on shoe coverings. Great company and employee.
