We called Air Express, our pool heat pump was malfunctioning. They were able to come out in a matter of a few days. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Gene our technician was very knowledgeable and had us up and running very quickly after checking out the whole system. He had parts on hand so there was no further delays. I thought the price for the repair was very fair, and totally recommend them. Thanks again.

Excellent service and pricing. Did the job we asked and didn’t try to sell us on anything else. We needed an experienced technician, not a salesman and the work was perfect at an affordable price. Great customer service. They fixed our pool pump motor 200 cheaper than any other company bid it. . Super professional. Also their scheduling and follow up call was greatly appreciated. I will recommend them to anyone wanting to be treated fairly.
