The technician, Laron, was quick and had my air running within 20 minutes of showing up. It was a problem with the air compressor. April, the customer service rep, answered the phone promptly and was helpful.
Horrible experience today with Air Express. I was informed that a technician would be out at my home from 11am to 1pm. I received a text at 11:30 that the technician was on his way. It hit 1pm and no sign of any technician. I called the company to inquire about his status. They told me the guy was out in Cave Junction and running late!
