In 2018 Air Experts installed a brand new Lennox system with 2-zones in my home. Initially everything seemed fined. I even retained them for about 3 years to do semi annual check-ups. This year (2025) after having some issues I discovered 2 things; 1) when they installed my new unit they didn't use new damper motors they reused the ones from the old system which were probably 10+ years old, I paid extra to have the 2-zones installed which included new motors. 2) They didn't hook up 2 of the damper motors.
