Devon, performed the Annual HVAC check last year. This year, I was pleased he was my repair technician. He arrived on time, has expertise, courteous & honest when having to make repair assessments.
We’ve been customers w air Experts for, at least 25 years. We’ve bought/replaced several HVAC units from them. We have their service providing 2 system checkups per year. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. This year T.M. checked and cleaned our two ac units. He was very thorough and everything fine and he gave us a comprehensive report w pictures.
Kenny and his assistant did a great job replacing our 20+ year old AC and Furnace. All the HVAC equipment was in the attic with pull down stairs- not super easy to get to. They were done by mid afternoon, and everything works great. It’s good to see young people who are very knowledgeable and skilled in their trade and who were also very polite and friendly.
Really great and extremely professional.
