Joseph Bleich was excellent, well informed, and went above and beyond to help correct some outstanding issues we had with our unit. He was able to diagnose and fix problems that the sales team and regular maintenance thought were unable to be corrected. I'm only going to be asking for him by name going forward. Best experience to date with HVAC work!

I have had great experiences with Air Experts, both for HVAC and plumbing needs. They are prompt and efficient, friendly and professional. I appreciate the communications by email and text to remind us about the appointments and estimated time frames. Regarding the plumbing, although the problem was bigger than they could handle, both RJ and Noah were very helpful and did not try to up-sell me on services that were not needed. William Moreno came to our house today to replace a broken fan on the largest unit of regular our HVAC system. He also installed a surge protector since the fan and electronic component to the fan has failed three times since the unit was installed in 2020. Hopefully, the surge protector will prevent the electronic component from failing again since surges are the most frequent cause of this issue. He came on time, was very friendly, polite and went straight to work.
