Jeremy installed a new water heater. The work he did was fine, although Travis from Air Experts is now assisting me trying to solve Rheem’s problems with notifications not always triggered by alerts from the water heater. Rheem has been painful to deal with, with each Rheem technician contradicting prior technicians. I would not have purchased another Rheem water heater without assurance the issue would be fixed.
