We had an HVAC system upgraded (AC to Heat Pump) by Air Excellence and at the same time they also added a bypass valve to quiet down the air registers. The service was good, communication was easy and they were rapid to respond and punctual. Their technicians are also knowledgeable. They were happy to answer questions and clearly had plenty of experience. We also had some clunking noise coming from the air vents and they were happy to honor warranty and took care of the issue next day.

I needed a complete system install. My house had baseboard heat so they needed to install everything, vents, ducts, heat pump, air handler, intake and plenum. It was a real efficient and quick install. They completed the job in 3 days. The system runs great and the install looks great too. I highly recommend this business. I will call them again.
