I tried calling to correct a mistake one of my delivery drivers made, and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She didn’t even know about the order before I called and decided to talk down to me and call my employees stupid. Look, this lady is disgusting in how she acts and speaks to other people, all of my delivery drivers absolutely hate talking to her. Get a life lady and stop talking down to people. People make mistakes, we’ve all known this since we were children.

The 2nd floor receptionist has extremely bad customer service. Almost embarrassing that you let her represent you guys.
I'm one of the 2nd floor stuck-up, snooty, and snobby individuals, and it's because those on the 1st floor are beneath us.
