Customer Service doesn’t exist! VERY rude, VERY unprofessional and would NEVER refer this company to anyone.
The person. Who I believe is the owner is very rude.
Very honest and reliable heating and cooling company. Company came out and gave me a quote and was right in line with the best pricing but the installation was like buying a Trane high end system. Everything that was done was done perfectly as if they were doing the work in their own home. Highly recommend giving a try. The 2 star rating is definitely not indicative of their work. Estimate was free and they gave me a great labor warranty also!
Called for a quote in the process of the quote the guy just hangs up. Pretty weird dude I must say I don’t know who would do business with this guy or how he makes money. Pretty disturbed watch out for the fly by night bums
Asked for a quote from a craigs list add. It seemed a bit high to me so i replied with "Ok, thank you. I will keep looking" thinking that would be the end of the conversation for the time being as i received additional quotes however, this was not the case. Not by a long shot, no i received the following... "I thought so. This is a company. Not fly by night or side work. Your looking for some kid or someone not licensed or insured.
