The guys at Air Dynamics went above and beyond today helping us reattaching our caravan fridge door after a day on corrigations. We called at 3pm and had it fixed by 5.30. We are so appreciative.
The gas on our Dometic 3 way caravan fridge had stopped working as we were on our travels through WA on our way home to SA. We were so fortunate to have stopped in Karratha and found Air Dynamics. From the lady in the office to David (who is a champion) who got the gas working and to Michael we were so impressed with their service. The fridge is now working better than ever. Michael and the team (David especially) at Air Dynamics went above and beyond to help us with our warranty replacement fridge . As soon as they received the fridge from Dometic they let us know so we could organise our stop at Karratha. Great service, great job very much appreciated. We now have a working fridge/freezer travelling through Broome. Excellent service, thanks Michael and David.
Great service Delveen gives a great first impression to the business organising our replacement warranty water heater Even though there was a leak after we left they helped us trouble shoot till it was fixed and had a part for us to pick up as well. Aircon was fixed well though expensive.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Air Dynamics and David who managed to fix our Dometic refrigerator in our Motorhome after numerous issues with it. Thank you so much we can now continue on with our travels.
