Staff was incredibly personable and friendly! I am so happy that we had Air Ducts and Carpets Cleaners Queens come out to clean our HVAC ducts and registers. He was thorough and meticulous in his work and I know that our home's air quality is so much better now. The before and after pictures were shocking! Great!

I just had my condo air duck cleaned by Air Ducts and Carpets Cleaners Queens. It seemed the previous owner never had the ducks cleaned as the area around the furnace and the air duck was almost blocked. I had the HVAC inspected and he recommended cleaning. The company is extremely professional and nice. I have been amazed by their customer service. It's a great company and I highly recommend them.
Our technician. He was punctual, courteous and thoughtful. He called us beforehand to let us know when he would arrive. One of the air ducts needed to be replaced. He had to go out to buy the material. Before he headed out, he even checked our furnace to see if the air filter needed replacement too.Thanks!
