Our AC was not cooling properly, and we assumed it was mechanical. Turns out, the ducts were nearly blocked with dust, lint, and even some signs of moisture. The team did a full duct and furnace cleaning along with coil cleaning to improve airflow. They even checked every return vent to make sure air circulation was balanced. We noticed a huge improvement right away, and the house smells incredibly clean now.
