We had a great experience with Air Duct Services Hurst! Great communication, quick scheduling, and friendly staff. Staff called 15 mins prior to arrival, and showed up on time! Staff thoroughly explained the process from start to finish prior to starting. Everything was kept clean, and no mess. Happy with the results. I will definitely call Air Duct Services Hurst again for future cleanings.
Great service at a reasonable price. I always gauge a service provider against whether I could perform the same service myself. In this case I could not begin to duplicate the services that the technician performed. He cleaned our dryer vent (first time in 18 years). He used high powered compressors to blow out the entire vent run, had a special tool to help dislodge blockages, climbed on the roof to ensure the outside vent was clear, cleaned up and replaced everything in its original location. Air Duct Services Hurst showed up directly, walked me through the whole operation to make sure I understood what would be done. With that I had no questions because they clarified things in facet, they went right to work. After the work was completed I inspected everything and could not believe the amount of dust collected from the ducts. I would proudly endorse these amazing guys!
This is the second time I've used this company. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The took their time and did not rush the work. They are amazingly courteous. Our technicians that serviced my house went above and beyond his duties and my expectation. He also remember us which made a huge impression.
We had a great experience with Air Duct Services Hurst. We had our dryer vent blocked due to birds nests and they were able to come in quickly and take care of it at a reasonable price. They were very professional and helpful. Thank you guys so much for your awesome customer service !!
