RecommendedThe communication was great throughout the process. I received a phone call and text when the techs were on their way and they arrived on time. The process of cleaning the air ducts was explained thoroughly and went very smoothly and quickly. RecommendedAir Duct Pros,Inc definitely recommended to anyone. Called when they were 20-30 minutes out, showed up on time and it only took a little over an hour. They showed mestep by step along with pictures before and after. We bought out house 4 years ago and never had it done not sure why we didnt do it sooner but im sure glad i got it done now. Im hoping to see if this solves my sinus issues and my daughters upper respiratory infections that she seems to have alot. Fingers crossed!!!!

RecommendedFriendly, fast & efficient! From start to end, I was blown away with the exceptional customer service. Melissa was very accomdating with scheduling, even when I had to cancel last minute. She stayed in contact (but not in a pushy sales person way) until I could reschedule. Duane & his helper (his name is escaping my memory right now) talked us through the entire process, showing us pictures of the vents prior and then after. RecommendedAir Duct Pros was really easy and professional to work with. They had strong communication when making the appointment, and also when they came out to explain the process. They did a great job, and worked quickly and efficiently. They did leave all the dryer lint (from cleaning the dryer vent) on the back deck.
