My 2 year old happened to drop my husband’s wedding ring down our air vent, we were freaking out! We tried everything to get it out ourselves to no luck. We booked with Air Duct Pros and they were able to come out next day. The two techs were friendly and worked quickly, using their camera to find the ring first. It turned out the ring was far in the duct, he had to go through the crawl space to remove the duct and retrieve the ring. It was a success! We are so beyond happy to have gotten the ring back!!
Working in freezing cold with a smile! Not only did the two techs work outside (dryer vent cleaning) for an hour during the 20 degree cold snap but they did so with a smile and without complaint. End result was completely clean 10’ dryer vent. We highly recommend!
Came to give estimate and were able to put us on the schedule a couple of days later. The crew worked hard for a long day and ducts look clean and the house smells fresh. They were also very careful to clean up after. Would definitely recommend!
