This was a horrible experience from the very beginning. They first said it would be $179 to clean my dryer vent and do a full inspection to make sure it was clear. They confirmed they would come between 8am-12pm, then when i called to see where they were at 1:30pm, they said oh the technician got sick and cant come. Then they said they could send someone at 2:45, who eventually showed up at 4:30pm.
