Totally, totally unacceptable! My dryer vent is now totally blocked. The technician did not bring enough brush lengths to clear out the lint from the dryer inside to the outside opening. Instead, he pushed the lint halfway in; then, entered and pushed in from the outside, resulting in all the lint accumulating in the middle. We arranged three FOLLOWUP appointments with the dispatcher to unblock the vent. Sadly, each time the technician did not show up.
