Had a terrible smell in my air ducts. They came out located a dead rodent with their video scope, cleaned and sanitized my air ducts and now the smell is gone! Very nice staff and good customer service
Outstanding customer service. I had a dryer duct cleaned that was badly clogged. They cleaned it but it was still clogged 2 days later. I called them and they refunded my money AND came back out and did it again for FREE this time they were able to break the bad clog free and my dryer works wonderful. I wish other business's treated their customers like this
Superb customer service. Its very difficult to find a business with customer service anymore as we all seem to know all to well. I had my dryer duct and air ducts cleaned on May 6, 2016 by Supreme Air Duct. They did some repair work to my duct lines that were separated and did not even charge me! Their prices are reasonable but their customer service is heads above other providers in my opinion
Excellent experience with this company. Showed up right on time, explained everything, no upsell, called the following day to insure we were happy with their work. Two thumbs up
