The people who work for the company are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and really go out of their way to make sure that you are pleased. I trust them as being honest. Their prices are fair- you pay for a job that is done really well. They are also certified. They explained the process thoroughly. When getting the duct work cleaned, they put on booties to keep our floors and house clean. I will be recommending them to friends and family.
Great company and employees! Everyone that we spoke with from scheduling with Tracy to Jason who did our estimate and the 2 gentleman that preformed the service were amazing. Got a free estimate to clean our airducts as well as our dryer vent which was a definite plus. When they preformed the service the were extremely clean and efficient. Our duct cleaning was done on Aug 22, 2019. They arrived on time, got the work done, and were friendly, courteous, and respectful of our home and property while they were here. The cost was exactly what they quoted, and they did not attempt to "up-sell" us additional services or equipment that were not part of the job as originally priced. Inside air seems to smell cleaner since they cleaned our ducting, so we're hopeful that the work done will yield a real improvement in our indoor air quality.
Unfortunately they cancelled on me 30 minutes before they were going to arrive. Taking time off work to handle a situation isn't something that should be taken lightly. Very unhappy with the way this played out. Fortunately I was able to get another company out there the same day and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.
Arrived early, completed the job quickly, and did a good job. Will contact them again when needed.
