We just moved in, without seeing it in person before moving, and it's so far better than the photos on their web page. The pool is great and the grounds are beautiful. Very happy so far
I really like living in this apartment complex. I have been living here for the past 1.5 years now, and I had no issues whatsoever, only satisfaction! The amenities are great, they are kept functioning and clean, pool is maintained regularly (they are even fully renovating it for this years summer season!). Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the maintenance team! They always go above and beyond. I'm not going to name drop because I have worked with all of them, and this applies to everyone. They are always quick, friendly, and very helpful. They have gone out of their way to assist me multiple times. I feel like a good maintenance team can make or break apartment living. Fortunately, you won't have to worry about that here. Thanks again maintenance for everything you do, but also how you do it :)
I toured The Avenues at Verdier Pointe in Charleston, SC, and I have to say- this was hands down the best tour I had all day. Connor showed me around, and he was absolutely fantastic. He pointed out details that most renters (including me!) would never think to look for, and it made such a difference in understanding what living here would actually feel like.
