This was the solution we needed! After discovering our plumbing had roots growing into them and our in ground HVAC ducts were eroded from moisture and blowing dirt straight into our home we immediately hired multiple companies to repair the mess below our home. What added to our nightmare was after concrete had been poured, new flooring had been installed, and we moved back in to our home after a very expensive fix, we still had dirt coming up from our vents!
