I have used air duct aseptics for our mold hvac issues for many many years (I work for a mold remediation company) as well as referred them out to clients when hvac/duct issues arise. They are a professionally run company charging a fair price. I highly recommend them.
I have a 3,000 SF 3 bed apartment in miami high rise and hired ADA for (1) duct cleaning of all supply, return, exhaust lines and (2) application on anti microbial paint on all ducts. I have 10 tons of AC across 3 heat pump units. I got info for ADA from the NADCA website. I needed my Dryer Duct Vent cleaned and wanted them to check my air ducts to see if they needed to be cleaned. Gregory and Eli are very kind, courteous, patient, and very professional. They explained everything that they were going to do with the dryer duct vent cleaning job because I ask a lot of questions and like to know the why's and how's to any project. This was my second time using Air Duct Aseptics. The crew actually arrived early. They worked quickly and efficiently. Explained or pointed out issues I should address with my AC contractor. They actually finished ahead of estimated time. Cleaned up and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend. Price was reasonable.
This is the second time we have hired ADA to clean our ducts, returns, bathroom fans and dryer duct. They arrived on time and proceeded to clean our ducrs. They sent tw0 techs (forgot their names) who were excellent. They worked very clean, were very professional and were very polite and good listeners. By the time they left clean air was flowing out of my ducts. I recommend them to my friends and will definitely hire them again!!!
