We have now had three wonderful experiences with this company. I have a house in East Flatbush, and after a renovation our mini split units were in terrible shape because the contractor forgot to cover them. What a blessing I called, East Sunday they made appointment for the following Wednesday, but the family was upset noise in the washing machine pipe. I made another call, everybody upsets. They came the next day, in a matter of two hours. All was cleaned, new dryer pipe, new outside cover so nothing you get in again excellent and Work. Very professional very quick and a full peace of mind for the family.
I am very disappointed with the overall experience. The service was slow, and no one seemed interested in resolving my issues properly or quickly.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The staff was uncooperative and failed to handle even simple requests properly.
Recently, I requested a plumber from Green Ductors based on their good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. They collected full payment without completing the job. When I called and spoke with one of the partners, Dmitry, he was unable to provide a proper explanation, and stated that if they send someone again, I would have to pay the full amount once more.
