I am very disappointed with the overall experience. The service was slow, and no one seemed interested in resolving my issues properly or quickly.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The staff was uncooperative and failed to handle even simple requests properly.
Recently, I requested a plumber from Green Ductors based on their good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. They collected full payment without completing the job. When I called and spoke with one of the partners, Dmitry, he was unable to provide a proper explanation, and stated that if they send someone again, I would have to pay the full amount once more.
