Not professional at all working with a machine that doesn't pump anything employing workers who don't know how to speak English
The waiting area was overcrowded, uncomfortable, and not maintained. It felt like no importance is given to customer comfort or basic facilities.
I like to express the service that I’ve had today for my duct cleaning. David the technician was very professional explained each detail of my home explain issues that I had in my home. I really appreciate that he did an excellent job. David professionalism has added a value in my home and also in this company I do plan to purchase the annual plan for annual duct cleaning and I hope to see David next year thank you guys so much
