I called Air Drop frantically when my basement flooded one evening and they arrived in short order to remove the water. The very next day they arrived to remove only what was damaged. They saved me money and heartburn because they were able to remove the flooring, lower cabinets and appliances while leaving the countertop, upper cabinetry and backsplash in place. They didn’t charge anything that insurance wouldn’t cover. I highly recommend Air Drop.
The representative arrived on time. He explained every detail in terms I could understand. He went step by step through his assessment to determine the source of the problem. He then put e everything back in order. Just a wonderful professional experience.
