Had 2 split units put in w/4 heads on each unit. 1 unit worked great from the beginning and the other 1 had a unit freeze up right away. Had technicians come back out x 2 and they "fixed" the issue. Kept having the same issues, so called tech support at Cooper and Hunter(unit manufacturer) and they recommended to have technician call in for trouble shooting.
