Don is great techinician and very knowledgeable but besides his labor he charged me twice as much the part to be replaced compare to the parts supply shop price. If you call him better you buy the part yourself!
Working with Don was a pleasure. He's what you hope a professional should be. Don worked on an HVAC for me. Appointments were on time, installation was seamless, questions answered and clean up was thorough. His knowledge was evident, pricing was reasonable and he's a very nice guy who went out of his way to help on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Don and his service.
Don replaced our HVAC system and did a fantastic job. His communication is fast, clear, and thorough, answering all questions with expertise and patience. He's also punctual, courteous, skilled, and professional onsite, and he cleaned up the space nicely afterward. No sales pressure at any point--just a thorough assessment, great work, and friendly, professional demeanor. I highly recommend him!
