Great guy, and professional. Good scheduling, even when busy will try to be there to at least diagnose the problem for the initial visit.
My house was sweltering on the hottest days so far this year. Derek came over with his tools and checked out my thermostat, furnace, and outside unit. Turns out nothing was wrong with my system at all! It was just user error in using the old confusing thermostat. He reviewed it with me, set it for 75 degrees and in a couple of hours my home was cool again. Thank you so much for being thorough, professional, and more importantly honest. You most definitely have a new client.
