I had the pleasure to work with Derrick from Air Doctor Mechanical. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding my split unit. He was able to explain the issues that were occurring with the unit, order the necessary parts, always kept me updated and informed on the progress as well as successfully resolved the issue.
