Had a new AC install today and I see why Air Docs has a high rating. I originally spoke to service technician Brad about my old unit. He inspected it and came to the same conclusion I had. My system was old and also mismatched. Brad walked me through all aspects of the unit. He was great. He called the estimator and was able to get him out within 30 minutes. Wes did the estimate. Had Gage come out and preform my maintenance on my service plan for my heating and cooling. He did a great job and was very explanatory. Took pics and explained everything in detail. I feel he went above and beyond. Really makes me appreciate getting the service plan!
