A big shout out to Nigel and his team for the professional manner in which they carried out the replacement of our existing ducted Air Conditioner and installed a new unit. The installation team arrived on time and introduced themselves before going ahead with the job. On completion of the job which was all done in a day, they tidied up and took all the packaging and any old parts away with them leaving us to enjoy our new Air Conditioner

They were fantastic to start with but unfortunately when it came time to carry out servicing under warranty the problem was never fixed. I know find myself going to sleep with earplugs in and the bedroom A/C still rattles away. I also called for a leaking A/C, again had to fix it myself after they left and was charged a ridiculous callout fee. This callout fee was never mentioned upon requesting a service. They did reduce it from $205 to $150. Think I’ll go elsewhere next time.
