My puppy died as a result of there negligent care. The majority of the staff is rude and over worked and play doctor because the vet is unavailable or out of the office a majority of the time. When I voiced my concern's about my puppies declining health days before his death and brought him in the office the staff brushed off my concerns and made me feel stupid for voicing them.I will never bring another animal here again. ... RecommendedI had an emergency with my cat last week. Dr. Cindy Newnam was able to take us with in two hours and we were not even existing clients of hers! She was fabulous with Princess and has a talent with cats! Princess is very shy and totally stresses about vet visits and Dr. Newnam was calm and caring. I loved her and HIGHLY recommend her to all my fellow cat parents. When it was all said and done I had to let Princess cross over that day. It was of course heart wrenching. Dr. Cindy and Megan are amazing! My dogs love going to see then and they did so well with my rabbit before she passed of cancer. They are super flexible and don’t charge extra for after hours.
I love Dr. Cindy and staff. They stay late, if needed, even on Friday evenings. About 2 years ago, one of my dogs cut open his paw on a Friday at 6 pm. I called and they said to bring him in. They fixed him up and were very polite.
I love Dr. Cindy. I have been going to see her for almost 20 years and would NEVER trust my pet care to anyone else. Professional, personal service.
My yorkie is still sick and thay gave him two meds thay don't know what is wrong with him he is not pooping or eating so
I changed MWC vet to Dr Cindy. She treated my Airedale pup, McCartney , for URI and got her vacs done. I really like her & the great staff! My son's dog got sick & he chose Dr Cindy too ! I have boarded a previous dog there too, so I know they give compassionate care to all pets
