I wanted to let folks know that if you are looking for a quality DVM, this is the place. When one of our pups were injured in a grooming incident, we were unable to take him to our normal vet (she wasn't available). Since Air Depot Hospital was only a mile from the groomer, we called to see if they would see him. They were very accommodating, even though they were quite busy. My poor Rolo came down with Parvo. Dr. Cindy and her staff saved my babies life. when I called to set up an appointment I was told to bring him in and drop him off and they would take a look. He ended up having parvo. We thought we would have to put him down bu tf Dr. Cindy said she wanted to give him 24 hrs for her and the staff to try to save him. IT WORKED!!!! I would have given them 5 star reviews because they helped me to save my puppy but they started secretly taking money out of my bank account without reaching out to me first leaving me with only .29 for 2 weeks I’ve had to walk from OKC to Norman just to get to work because they drained my account without Any authorization for me first, almost time for a lawsuit!
My puppy died as a result of there negligent care. The majority of the staff is rude and over worked and play doctor because the vet is unavailable or out of the office a majority of the time. When I voiced my concern's about my puppies declining health days before his death and brought him in the office the staff brushed off my concerns and made me feel stupid for voicing them.I will never bring another animal here again.
