Was told multiple times by the owner Dave, that they would come out to replace the main water line at my house in Hilton that was leaking. After 2 weeks of “we’ll get out there in the next few days” and then no more communication from Dave, I had to hire a different company. Very disappointed because he was referred by 2 people that used his service. I get that things happen, but seriously, 2 weeks and then you just stop responding.
I have purchased and sold many properties in the Rochester area that needed new water service lines By far, Dave is the pro on water service. He has done over 10 for me, all done within a day. In fact I called him today for another property that still has an old galvanized supply line that is deteriorating and showing wetness where it enters the home.
New water main line in only 5 hours and they cleaned up so well you can hardly tell they were here at all. Great!
We called in a panic with a broken sump pump and Dave was at our house within 15 minutes. He fixed our issue and didn’t want to take any payment stating he didn’t fix anything. However, if he hadn’t come so quickly and unclog our sump pump I would have had a huge mess. He was friendly, kind and we are so thankful he responded so quickly!
Had my water line replaced several years ago by David and his brothers. What a great group of guys! Did an extremely professional job and umbleveabley way better priced then all the rest of the so called "plumbers" out there! Professional, courteous, and, not to mention a lot of fun! These guys know there stuff!
