Air-Dee came out same day as I called them, they came and replaced the water line the next day. Very clean and professional I would recommend them to everyone.

Was told multiple times by the owner Dave, that they would come out to replace the main water line at my house in Hilton that was leaking. After 2 weeks of “we’ll get out there in the next few days” and then no more communication from Dave, I had to hire a different company. Very disappointed because he was referred by 2 people that used his service. I get that things happen, but seriously, 2 weeks and then you just stop responding.

I have purchased and sold many properties in the Rochester area that needed new water service lines By far, Dave is the pro on water service. He has done over 10 for me, all done within a day. In fact I called him today for another property that still has an old galvanized supply line that is deteriorating and showing wetness where it enters the home.
