Purchased a brand new Spartan AirCurtain from these guys. The AirCurtain clearly states it can be switched on and off via a switch wired to the terminal block on the back off the unit. It doesn't work and I was told very bluntly by Philip that it is not their responsibility to fix or help a customer. VERY POOR AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do NOT buy from these guys, happy to take your money but in their own words they are not obligated to help or repair a unit even when in warranty.
