Rick and his team with Air Control did a great job with our newly-renovated office building. He offered advice (which we took!) on the size of units for the 3600-sq-ft space, where to put the thermostats based on needs within the office, and did a great and timely job installing the units, duct work, etc. His quote for the work won out, and he even offered further discount as we are a nonprofit organization. And, Rick is a super nice guy! I highly recommend Air Control Heating and Cooling!
Great on time service, fair price and going way above to find a solution for a possible long term problem! Called Air Control at 8am and repair technician was at my house by 11am on the same day. Quickly diagnosed that the problem which was a faulty fan motor. Part was under warranty but discovered that the fan motor was on backorder from the manufacturer for another 3-4 weeks. We purchased a home from an elderly woman who had a new HVAC system (indoor and outdoor units) installed by Air Control in June 2024. During our home inspection in April 2025, it was discovered that the inside unit had a refrigerant line leak and was installed too low to allow proper filter replacement, requiring a $400 adjustment to raise it. Called for “hot room”. Jacob came out to install new duct work and dampeners. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL. He lets you know what is going to happen and explains everything in terms you can understand. I highly recommend him and since I have used AIR CONTROL in the past I highly recommend them. I will follow up after a few days to see if the room is cooler.
