Keegan was awesome. Zero complaints there. A $35 part from Hootens Hardware and $75 labor = $302? Thats a little steep for your local client base. Thats a 550% mark up on parts.
Adam came out and inspected the original installation of the system. He did a great job in installing additional tie ups on the air ducts and sealing all air leaks and exposed metal to prevent sweating.
