They were very pleasant and turned down our project for being two floors up-- seems a little bit odd for people who choose to work on chimneys, but I give them an "A" for honesty. Worked with Chimney Sweep company twice so far for my chimney cleaning and both times they did a phenomenal job! Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough and left it looking spotless. They were able to point out some things that needed to be fixed but didn't pressure me into doing it that day, however I still went with them because of their reliability and attention to detail.
