Narelle in the office is such a pleasure to deal with. Dimitri who attended today was prompt , efficient and friendly, solving my issue without requiring the purchase of new parts. I’m really grateful that my property manager uses this reliable company !
Great service, had Dimi come out and check out our very loud outdoor unit, he investigated the issue, contacted the supplier, sourced the correct part needed to reduce noise and installed it. The system is now so quiet inside and out. Very happy with the outcome, as are our neighbours.
