We had an excellent experience with A1 HEATING AND COOLING - MCKELLAR SERIVCES! Mark was able to come out the same day I called, he quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our AC back up and running on the same day! Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire service. My family really appreciated the prompt response and the quality of his service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, fast, reliable HVAC service!

Never finished HVAC work in February that was already paid. Emailed and said the work would be finished but never showed up. Now won't answer the phone or return emails or texts.

After our house fire, I called Mark and he came out immediately to inspect the damage and discuss our options. He provided a very reasonable estimate and had us scheduled quickly. Within a week, he installed all new ductwork and converted our old gas heat system to a brand-new all-electric heating and air unit.
