Excellent customer service.
Was able to come out and quickly diagnose the problem. Another company came out a few days prior and informed me I would have to replace the entire unit for $800 with parts and labor, turns out Mark was able to find the cause was a simple $10 broken retention strap. Saved me tons of money, let me watch the process to learn, was extremely professional the entire time and was flexible enough to come out on short notice. Cannot recommend enough. Going to be my go-to HVAC guy while in the CSRA.
Mark was very nice to work with, very knowledgable , it took a few days longer to complete but it was not his fault, warehouse gave wrong coil twice, Mark and I stayed in communication and job was completed and im very satisfied with the work
