I am leaving this review because SoCal Energy Upgrades has engaged in illegal telemarketing practices. They sent me unsolicited text messages without my consent, including outside of the legally allowed hours for California consumers. If you want HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service and care use this company!! Literally the best at being the worst. They refuse to acknowledge that my mother has passed on, and continue to think it is her calling despite telling them on my first call with them the news. I have been asking for assistance to log into the app to track the solar panel production of electricity for 9 months and keep getting no response or side barred. They’re rude and will put you off. I never imagined upgrading my home to be more energy efficient could be a relief! I got those wall and floor insulations and also solar panels done by Socal Energy Upgrades great people and very professionals! Now, I don't have to deal with how warm or cold my house can get depending on the weather/ season. It's a really big help, it saves me money on my utilities and another thing I like about solar panels is that it reduces environmental impact. Best upgrades I've had so far, and I'm loving it!
