Air Conditioning on Call is terrible. They showed up unexpectedly, started working on my low voltage wire without discussing the price or getting my approval, and then destroyed my ductwork in the process. To add insult to injury, they over charged me for the whole ordeal. Their performance was subpar, and their business practices are questionable. I'd strongly advise against using their services.
I called AC on call for an issue with my pool heat pump. Their response was fast and they explained the issues with the unit and my options. Their response was, and courteous. They made sure I was completely satisfied, before they left. I would definitely use the services again for my air conditioner or pool heater needs. Thank you for your professional service.
Hey if you like excellent service these guys really did an excellent job. I had a minisplit a/c that no one likes to work on and they fixed it up perfectly. The technician has excellent diagnostic tools to pin point the problem so they are not just throwing parts at the problem until its fixed, thats hard to find. Most repairman say you need this and that and its never ending. They diagnose it and fix it, saving you service time and not wasting money on parts that are good to begin with. Excellent and friendly. :)
After I fried my AC trying to install a smart thermostat, I was able to reach AC on Call and not only were they friendly and on time, they were incredibly professional! So no more selfie installs for me, and now we have a new AC company! Way to go AC on Call!
