*AVOID COOLREF AT ALL COSTS* I had a Daikin air conditioning unit installed by CoolRef towards the end of last summer. The unit is now completely non-operational, and CoolRef's customer service has been appalling. I was initially given DIY troubleshooting steps, which didn't resolve the issue. I was then told an engineer would be sent out, but after waiting over two weeks, I've received no further communication.
