We recently had an old ducted system replaced by ACI. The process was very smooth. Troy got a clear understanding of what we wanted before he promptly issued a quote. The installation team were punctual, courteous and efficient. We found over the first night that the system didn't work quite how we thought it should, so in the morning I emailed ACI and they sent someone out that day.
